This mural was created to brighten one of the large gray portable classrooms at Lafayette Elementary School. Commissioned by the school's PTA, the brief was intentionally open-ended, with one clear request: bring joy and energy to the schoolyard and adjacent playground. Inspired by the Lafayette Leopards mascot, the mural features a child dressed as a superhero blowing bubbles across the wall toward a curious leopard cub on the opposite side, poised to pop them with its nose. The playful interaction creates a sense of movement and anticipation, inviting moments of surprise and delight.
